The holidays are nearing and so things are quieting down at NGR which means I'll have time to do my Christmas shopping soon. I wonder what everyone would like...
It is a transition period for the bands. Those that were touring are now being pressed to put out a new album. Those that have finished their albums are out promoting them. I wish everyone luck on their endeavors. Many of the bands have been making good progress with their recordings...while others seem to need a little encouragement. Bad Luck has a deadline for their album that I am going to hold them to. I didn't think I was too unrealistic when I made it.
I've been thinking about what Nittle Grasper should be doing. I have decided that I would like to go on tour again. While Eiri-san was away promoting his book, I started thinking about how interesting is always was to go to different places. Mika-san says that the idea is foolish, but I miss the excitement of being on tour. It has been a very long time since Nittle Grasper has gone on a tour of a large kind. I was thinking European...or perhaps world. But I would like to see someplace other then New York should the tour take us to America. I probably should discuss such ideas with Ryuuichi-san and Noriko-san before I get too involved in it.
I think I will go shopping tomorrow. I do hate the rush of the holiday crowd, but perhaps if I go early enough I can avoid most of it. |
